Take the Patscherkofel cable car up to the middle station, Walk along to Heiligwasser church and restaurant, then walk to Lanser Alm, Sistranser Alm, then walk down to Sistrans, and then walk back to Igls.

Walk from Igls to Patscherkofel summit, take cable car down.

Take the Cable car to Patscherkofel top station, walk down to Rinn, buses (2) back to Igls.

Walk from Igls, descend down to river Sill then ascend to Mutters. Walk to Natters, Nattersee, Innsbruck, bus J back to Igls.

Take the Patscherkofel cable car to the top station, walk down via Meisser Haus, continue down near to Patsch and them back to Igls.

Walk up to Sistranser Alm, then Lanser Alm, then Heiligwasser (lunch) then down near Patsch, then back to Igls.

Take the bus J to Hungerburg Nord Park, cable car to Hafelekarspitze, walk part way along the Goethe Weg and back then take the cable car down to Seegrube and walk down via Bodensteinhütte to Hungerburg valley station, take bus J back it Igls.

Take the bus J to Hungerburg Nord Park, cable car to Hafelekarspitze, walk along the Goethe Weg to Arzler Scharte 2158m then descend down over scree to path to Rumer Alm, along paths  to Hungerburg valley station, take bus J back it Igls.

Scree path & Innsbruck.

Take the bus to Innsbruck and then the Stubai valley tram to Mutters, Mutteralmbahn gondola, then walk via Almenweg to Raitiser Alm & Kreither Alm, then down to Telfes, return by tram to Innsbruck and bus to Igls.

Walk from Igls, descend down to river Sill then ascend to Mutters. Walk to Natters, Nattersee, Innsbruck, bus J back to Igls.
